Our firm has a total of nine licensed Brokers on standby ready to assist whenever needed. As a courtesy, you will be provided with business cards, an onboarding gift, and headshots through our multimedia partner.

The company provides all sign frames, office panels, open house signs, open house flags, for sale riders, under contract riders, and sold riders. Agents are responsible for their own name riders. You may purchase your own approved frames, panels, and flags if you choose.

Are you a brand new agent? Our firm has a mentorship program to prepare newer agents for the industry. Through one-on-one guidance from our Broker Board, we provide hands-on experience, and comprehensive training. Our program prepares aspiring agents with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their real estate career.

We believe in supporting our agents without burdening them with franchise fees. After you hit your cap, your money is 100% yours to keep. Caps renew annually on January 1. Agents can waive one brokerage fee on a personal residential transaction purchase. This not only maximizes profit for the agent, but can also provide additional funds towards closing expenses.

Additionally, we provide direct deposit for efficient commission payments. Upon the completion of a file and clearance of disbursement by the broker, our goal is to process commissions within 24 hours.

We offer a cloud based electronic system called Paperless Pipeline for our agents to create and manage their transactions on their computer and mobile devices. Not only is it easy for agents to access, but it’s simple for our Broker to review transaction files too!
